What classes do you offer at the studio?
We offer a diverse range of classes including aerial silks, static trapeze, aerial hoop, pole dance, and various floor-based classes for both adults and kids. For more details visit our page What We Offer.
How do I book and manage my classes? (adults)
For adult classes, use our dedicated scheduling tool, TeamUp. Navigate through the TeamUp Schedule or download the TeamUp app. If you're new, create a TeamUp account and answer some basic questions.
In TeamUp, your personal Profile lets you manage, book, and cancel sessions. To filter classes, use the drop-down menu on your device. It is your responsibility to book, manage and cancel your own sessions as needed.
How do I book a class for my child or family?
For kids' classes, head to the Class4Kids platform. Create an account, answer some questions, and then view the available class options on a club's booking page. Click 'Info & Booking' for class details and to confirm your booking.
Can I take private classes?
Yes, we do offer private classes. Please email us at [email protected] to arrange.
What kids' classes are available?
We offer "Aerial Kids & Young Aerialists" (aerial silks and static trapeze), "Flying Families" (parent-child bonding), Acrobalance classes for parents and kids, and Kids Holiday Camps.
How do I cancel a Class or Workshop I have already booked? (adults)
Life's unpredictable, and if you find yourself unable to attend your scheduled session(s), we kindly request that you promptly take action through your TeamUp account to cancel. Please refrain from emailing us for cancellations, as this could result in a delayed response, potentially taking several days. Utilising our TeamUp booking system empowers you to effortlessly book, manage, and cancel your sessions independently.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all bookings. If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, you'll receive a credit back to your account, ready to be applied towards any future sessions with us. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, your booking and payment will be forfeited without exceptions.
How much are classes?
We have a range of price options for all our Kid Classes, Adult Classes & Workshops. You can find these on our Price page of our website.
I have a credits on teamup but it's not letting me use it. Why is this?
You may be trying to book into a Session but something is stopping you. You'll have probably received an automated email explaining the reason too.
Check the start / expiration date of your Credits. If you're trying to book a session past it's expiration date, your Credits won't be valid on this session and you'll have to purchase a new Membership. No extensions will be given on Credits. No exceptions. You can check this by logging into your TeamUp account and heading to My Account/Credits.
Do you provide Taster Sessions for adult classes?
We host Taster Sessions for adults on a monthly basis. These sessions offer a fantastic opportunity to explore our facility, interact with our Instructors, and experience a sample of what we have to offer.To check out the schedule of our upcoming Taster Sessions, please visit our TeamUp Schedule page. You can easily locate and reserve upcoming Taster Sessions by using the Class Type drop-down menu.
What is the class size?
Our adult classes typically have a maximum of two participants per apparatus. In contrast, our kids' classes are designed for larger groups to ensure enjoyable and interactive activities.
What options are available if I need to pause or extend my credit package?
If you encounter genuine health documented reasons necessitating a pause or extension of your package, please notify us promptly. We are committed to accommodating such situations. The unused credit classes fee within the experetion timeframe will not be refunded for any reason.
