Hand Balance classes

Handstand class with Eric Munday 

A great class for those wanting to work towards a stable handstand and gain some experience of acrobatics. We will work hard but also have fun! Each class will begin with warm up and conditioning, followed by handstand training -  different ways of going into handstand, holding against the wall, working with a spotter, working on extending hold time in different positions. 

Open Level - 6:30 PM Tuesday

Beginners - 7:30 PM Wednesday
Perfect if you're just starting out! We'll focus on building strength, understanding alignment, and gaining confidence on your hands. A great way to kickstart your handstand journey!

Intermediate - 8:30 PM Wednesday
Ready to level up? This class dives into different handstand shapes, how they relate to each other, and improving balance. We'll also work towards mastering a press to handstand, a must-have skill for those looking to take their practice further.

Strength and Flex classes

​A dynamic and fluid combination of strengthening and stretching. By working your muscles at full extension, the technique rapidly improves your posture and changes the shape of your body developing lean, strong and flexible muscles. Rebalance your body, unlock tight joints and prevent injury with this body weight, equipment-free workout. You’ll feel healthier, younger and more energised.

AcroYoga classes

No prior experience needed. Come alone or with a partner, all welcome! Join us for a playful fusion of partner acrobalance, yoga, and meditation.

This class begins with a yoga flow warm-up followed by partner acrobalance lessons which include static figures, moving between positions, and combining these into a sequence ("washing machines"). We'll then cool down with restorative stretches and meditation. This new class is suitable for complete beginners, or anyone wanting to further their yoga practice, strength, or is curious about circus-style acrobatics.

Contortion classes

Learn the art of extreme flexibility!
A persistent myth about contortionists is that they are all born with unusual natural flexibility, while this is true in some cases with persistent training anybody can attain the same level of flexibility . This class is for students who want to improve their existing flexibility skills. It will build a foundation of contortion basics. It's for those with willingness and ability to try basic contortion tricks, such as: bridges, chest stand, over splits, elbow stands and more. Classes will be tailored to suit individual skill levels.

Whether your goal is to make it to the splits, become a contortionist, or just to touch your toes, you will benefit from this class. 
We will combine traditional yoga poses, dynamic dance stretches, Pilates moves and many other tricks to help your body limber up and to prevent injuries. We will focus on loosening up your hips, hamstrings, spine and shoulders to get a greater range of movement. 
Prepare yourself for more graceful aerial experience or just a happier, centered body.
